SinhasLeisang| Studio APT w/ kitchen & balcony

This is my second listing at the same property. The first is titled SinhasLeisang | Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and function in mind, the space features a modular kitchen, study corner, private balcony, attached bathroom, and plenty of plants. Ideal for business travelers, it offers a cozy yet practical vibe. Located about 7 km from Agartala Airport, Sinhasleisang is a 20–30 minute drive away. The space While it is not located in the heart of the city (Agartala is a really tiny city anyway), it is perfectly placed to give you the quiet and accesibility. Guest access This is an independent floor built on top of my parents' home. There is a private entrance, and guests are free to access the roof for things such as drying clothes etc. There is a small private balcony to smoke or enjoy a cup of tea. There is a space for parking upto four two wheelers inside the property. This is a part from my father's car that is parked inside the house. Other things to note Although the building is a G+2 structure, it's built on a slope—so the rooms you’ll have access to are actually on the first floor from ground level, not the second. You’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. Kindly note, we don’t have staff to assist with luggage, as this is a self-service space. My parents are retired government employees, and we’ve designed the place to feel simple, peaceful, and homely. Since this is also my home, I request you to treat it with the same care and warmth as you would your own.
