This is my second listing at the same property; the first is SinhasLeisang | Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, it features a modular kitchen, study corner, private balcony, attached bath, and greenery. Ideal for business travelers, solo guests, couples, or friends. Located in Nandan Nagar, about 7 km (20–30 mins) from the airport, it offers a quiet yet convenient stay. The space SinhasLeisang | Studio APT w/ kitchen & balcony (1st Floor AC) – Features a bedroom with Window AC, refrigerator, and a kitchenette with 2-burner LPG stove, mixer grinder, electric kettle, and other essential kitchen items. Drinking water is provided via an Aquaguard Mist NXT UV+ Inline Purifier. Guest access This is an independent floor built above my parents’ home, with a private entrance for guests. You’re welcome to access the rooftop for drying clothes, and there’s a small private balcony where you can smoke or relax with a cup of tea. Parking for up to five two-wheelers is available inside the property, separate from my father’s car parked on the premises. Unfortunately, car parking inside the premise will not be possible. We kindly request that furniture not be moved. If anything is shifted, please return it to its original place. Power backup and WiFi are available for your convenience. Other things to note Although the building is a G+2 structure, it's built on a slope—so the rooms you’ll have access to are actually on the first floor from ground level, not the second. You’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. Kindly note, we don’t have staff to assist with luggage, as this is a self-service space. My parents are retired government employees, and we’ve designed the place to feel simple, peaceful, and homely. Since this is also my home, I request you to treat it with the same care and warmth as you would your own. Before confirming your booking, I’d be grateful if you could take a moment to go through the space description and our House Rules under the “Additional Rules” section on our Airbnb page. If anything’s unclear or if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out. Note: We usually aren’t able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so we kindly request you to plan your arrival and departure accordingly. Our standard check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Thanks for the cooperation. For guests planning to check in and check out on the same day, check-in starts at 1 pm (our usual check-in time), and check-out should be completed by 8:30 pm that evening.
