Welcome to SinhasLeisang Studio Apartment — a cozy, self-contained space on the first floor above my parents' home in Nandan Nagar, Agartala. It's got a modular kitchenette, a private balcony, a study corner, and all the everyday comforts, making it a great fit for business travelers, solo guests, couples, or friends. We're about 7 km (20–30 mins) from the airport, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood — close enough to the city, far enough from the noise. The space THE SPACE Bedroom with Window AC, a small double bed, and a refrigerator Kitchenette with a 2-burner LPG stove, mixer grinder, electric kettle, and basic cooking essentials Drinking water via an Aquaguard Mist NXT UV+ Inline Purifier Private balcony — great for a quiet cup of tea (smoking is allowed only in the balcony) Rooftop access for drying clothes Wi-Fi and power backup included GETTING THERE & PARKING The unit is on the first floor of a G+2 building, so you'll need to walk up one flight of stairs — please note we don't have staff to help with luggage, as this is a self-service space. We can fit up to 5 two-wheelers inside the property. Car parking isn't possible on the premises, but there's usually good space right along the main road near Don Bosco School, just 50 metres away. It's generally a safe, wide road, though we're not able to take responsibility for vehicles parked off our property. Guest access HOUSE RULES All guests must be 20+ if travelling without a parent or guardian (this applies to both partners, if a couple) We're happy to host both married and unmarried couples Please let us know in advance if you'd like to bring a visitor during your stay We'd appreciate it if furniture stays where it is — if something's moved, just pop it back During power cuts, please use the backup power mindfully so it lasts for everyone CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 1 PM | Check-out: 10 AM We're usually not able to offer early check-in or late check-out, so please plan your travel around this For same-day stays, check-in starts at 1 PM and check-out is by 9 PM the same evening, but the booking needs to be made for one night on Airbnb. Other things to note A LITTLE ABOUT US This is genuinely our home — my parents are retired government employees, and we've tried to keep the space simple, peaceful, and comfortable.
