The space Quiet lake in the country, surrounded by an abundance of crown-land, a prefect spot for family. Property is sloped down to the cottage and water, not ideal for those with mobility issues. 2 kayaks 2 adult life jackets and 2 child(30-60lbs) On well water; tested twice a yr or bring your own water bottles. 2 boat launch close by. One is $5 in and $5 out or free launch further down the road. No smoking inside the cottage. No diving off dock, shallow waters. No parties. No waste collection in the area; must dispose of yourself . Guest access Access to the cottage only. Other things to note We are in a very rural area so don't be surprised by bugs and small animals. Don't leave out food and tidy up crumbs to avoid unwanted guests. Make sure to have garbage in the bin with the lid on.
