Welcome to Casa Buenas Vibras in the peaceful Palmilla neighborhood, complete with a beautiful view of hole #5 of the Ocean Course and the Sea of Cortez. Wake up early for the amazing sunrise and enjoy your day in a private back yard, with a close walk to the beach and shops. The space Casa Buenas Vibras sits in the gated community of Oceana Altas and is a stylish, large one story home featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Come in and feel right at home with this newly redecorated home, complete with a large dining table for family meals, a comfy couch to enjoy evenings at home and an interior "Tequila Lounge" to finish your evening with a cocktail and a great view of the stars. Enjoy meals on the patio as you watch the golfers play or inside in the cozy breakfast nook. Get your coffee, grab a lounger and get started on a new book. The Master Suite is a relaxing space to rest, relax and refresh. Complete with a king size bed, walk in closet, designated work space, window seat and large bathroom with bathtub for a long soak. The other two guest rooms also have comfy king size beds and attached bathrooms with walk in showers. The fourth room is an attached casita, with its own entrance off the gated courtyard. Every room is designed for comfort, maximizing the natural light and each room has a TV with Netflix and Hulu for you to log in to after a long day in the sun. Guest access You will have full access to the house. Laundry facilities are available for use in the garage for stays over 7 days. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers available to use and are easy to carry to the nearby beach. Other things to note If you are interested in setting up in house massages, private tours or drivers or in house catering, we are able to help you with that as well. No outside staff permitted without prior host approval/vetting.
