Collin Holiday offers a 50m2 appartment, very spacious, bright and cozy. It has a large window with lots of natural light, and you access to the 65m2 of terrace and garden. You can also access directly to the swimming pool and gardens. It is located in a very quiet urbanization in the "Botanical Area" of Puerto de La Cruz with free parking next to the urbanization. 200m away there are good public transport connections, shopping areas, restaurants, supermarkets and car rental. The space The apartment has a large private garden with beach lounger, a terrace with table and chairs sheltered from the rain and sun. You access directly from the gardens of the urbanization and you have sun in the garden all day long. The interior is diaphanous, with an area with sofa, TV and armchair. Sleeping area with two beds together(90x200), wardrobes to store clothes. An area to work from home with suficient wifi for conexion of computer. A dining area with table and chairs. It has an American Kithchen, with an oven, microwave, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer, and various utensils, such as a juicer, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom is beautiful with a bathtub, has hair dryer and haur straighteners. Guest access The urbanization is located next to the Botanical Garden in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the center but a few meters away you have everything you need: restaurants, shops, laundry, supermarkets, masseuses, gym, yoga and car rental. 200m away we have the bus stop that takes you directly to both airports, North and South and down to the historic center of Puerto de La Cruz. Very close we can also find the well-known Loro Park and the emblematic Lago Martiánez, all bathed by magnificent landscapes full of contrasts within sight of the Father of Teide, emblem of the Canary Islands, National Park and declared a UNESCO Heritage Site when visiting Teide. Other things to note It is our home during several months in the year and we will be pleased for you to have a nice time as we do. The urbanization is of permanent residents, so we highly respect maintaining silence in the urbanization, as there is a lot of tranquility and that makes the place specialy charming, feeling like at home.
