Don't worry about noise as you enter or go any hours as house has concrete floors with hard wood over top. Behind all drywall on all levels is plywood + drywall + insulation in all walls. + carpet in your the suites bedroom. Your suite has its own secure locked door with a coded entrance for you to lock when going out. Other things to note This suite is approx. 350 sqft When booking on Airbnb make sure to put correct number of guests. If you're booking 2 people but plan to bring 4 people Airbnb's system needs to know that when booking.
