friendly cottage for 6 people

Simplify your life in this peaceful, comfortable and centrally located accommodation. We offer for rent our cottage with garden, terrace and shared pool, located in the pretty village of Charnay (69) Ideally located to explore the region, 25 km from Lyon, 12 km from Villefranche sur Saône, in the heart of the famous (wine) villages of the golden stones, also called little Tuscany. By car, on foot or by bike, come and discover the region, the calm of the countryside is just 2 steps from the city... The space The cottage can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 6 people (children/ babies included), we have furnished and equipped it to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible in order to welcome our guests as we would like to be received. It consists of a living/dining room open to the kitchen, bathroom ( bathtub and shower), 3 bedrooms (2 with 140x200 bed and one with 2 90x200 beds). You also have a private terrace ( with Weber furniture and BBQ) as well as a parking space( covered and gated) WE live there, and WE share the common areas OF the 2 houses, the GARDEN and the POOL ARE THEREFORE NOT PRIVATE. The opportunity for us to meet and share with our hosts. However, access to the common areas is at certain times ( 9am/1pm 3pm/7pm) from Monday to Saturday ONLY. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for people with motor disabilities ( many stairs) For hygiene and neighborhood reasons, no pets are allowed. Guest access No key box at our place, we welcome you in person and I remain reachable for the duration of the stay. Other things to note The village of Charnay is a dynamic and lively village, with many events throughout the year, however the month of August is a little quieter but there are many tourist villages around including Oingt, elected one of the most beautiful villages in France. You will find some shops including a bakery, grocery store, restaurants and a restaurant/bar/tobacconist with a nice terrace on the village square
