Includes 1 open parking space in front of the house. Very family oriented, peaceful and safe. Beach cooler and chairs provided too 😉Futon couch for lounge The space ~A cistern is installed in the apartment to insure that there is always a good water pressure system and that you will be never left with out in a time of need. ~Property has extra surrounding space, perfect for kite, wind or surf equipment. Guest access Guest may use any part of the courtyard area, hoes and chairs. Rooftop is off limits for now Other things to note Beach chairs, Beach umbrella and beach backpack cooler available for guest use. Replacement fee $35 if lost or damaged.
