We invite you to come and relax in our 60 m2 family apartment with a 15 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and direct access to the dike. The space Refurbished in 2023, our accommodation includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room overlooking a terrace with sea view. At the back you will find: - a first bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage and small desk area; - a second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage; - a shower room with toilet, washer and dryer. Included: sheets, towels, wifi Upon prior request at the time of booking: baby cot and high chair Guest access The accommodation does not have parking but parking on the street is free, and once parked, you won't need your car anymore because: - Bars and restaurants are at the foot of the building; - The Kursaal, the Casino, Place de Turenne and the shops are a 5-minute walk away; - The Aquarium and sailing school are a 10-minute walk away; - The city center and Dunkirk train station are accessible in 20-30 min by bus (public transport is free) or 45 min on foot. Other things to note This accommodation is a family apartment: Also, please respect the premises and return the apartment as it was entrusted to you (clean and functional). The maximum capacity is 4 adults + 1 baby. In addition, despite its location on the lively side of the dike (above the famous "Red Rock Café"), the accommodation is located in a small quiet condominium. Please respect the neighborhood. Parties are not accepted: Bachelor Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Carnival Parties > This place is not for you :) As a precaution, an additional deposit of €500 may be requested on Carnival weekends.
