Charming guesthouse in Malmö – quiet location

A small, newly renovated house that feels spacious, cozy and well equipped. The house is located on the outskirts of Malmö with good transportation to central Malmö and Hyllie, close to the Arena and Copenhagen. By car, you have 10 minutes to the sea Walking distance to both bus and store, restaurant, pizzeria and bakery. Close to several golf courses. It has everything you need, such as bedding and cooking supplies. There is a fitness center with an outdoor gym, an indoor gym, and group workouts for a small fee. The space Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped house – here you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is equipped with air conditioning (AC) for a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Upon entering, you will be met by a small hallway. Straight ahead is the bathroom, where there is also a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are included during your stay. To the right, the house opens up to the open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. From here, a loft ladder leads up to the sleeping loft with a double bed (two beds together). The ladder can be easily folded up when not in use to provide more floor space. Right outside the house is a small, charming square with an old village fountain, and the house is in a quiet and pleasant area. There is a small patio with tables, chairs and a charcoal grill, as well as space next to it for free parking. We are always available if you have questions or would like tips on excursions, attractions, restaurants, or other activities in the area. We are happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. A perfect accommodation for those who want to stay in a quiet location, but at the same time be close to Malmö, Copenhagen, beaches and many of Skåne's attractions. Take the opportunity to go to Copenhagen and recommend going to town and Nyhamn Go to Klagshamn or Falsterbo and swim. Go into central Malmö, where there are great restaurants, swimming, and lots of activities to do.
