House for 10-12 people with pool

The house is located in Portigliolo, thirty km south of Ajaccio, in the municipality of Coti Chiavari. It is a house on three levels with sea view and maquis view with a swimming pool. The beach is within walking distance via a staircase (about 5 minutes on foot). The house can accommodate 10-12 people with 3 queen beds and 6 single beds. The house has a large living room, several terraces, a barbecue, an outdoor shower to rinse off before diving into the pool. The space The rooms are organized as follows: - 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet equipped with a double bed - 4 bedrooms with shower room and toilet (two with a double bed and two with two single beds) - 1 bedroom without water with two single beds Please note that there is no shower room or bathroom accessible without going through a bedroom. Each room except the one without a bathroom has a French window with access to a terrace or garden depending on the floor. The pool is treated with salt. It is an infinity pool that is not covered at night, so it stays cool. There is a heat pump if needed for the pool. It is protected by barriers. Beware of children, it remains a swimming pool accessible by the living room (swimming pool on the terrace of the highest level of the house with sea view). Please note! The villa is managed by Kalypso Conciergerie, an end-of-stay cleaning fee including linen in the amount of €300 will be payable on arrival as it is not included in the reservation.
