Modern guesthouse in Hortlax

The guest house is a detached building with its own access road and parking spaces. (The host couple live in a house next door) In Hortlax there is a grocery store, florist and pizzeria. Here you are close to both swimming and outdoor life, there are many nice hiking trails in summer and in winter the ski track is behind the bend. We recommend bringing your own bike to explore the surrounding area. If you are interested in a longer rental, please contact us for more information. If you would like to check in earlier, please let us know and we will be able to arrange it 😊 Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with dining area for 4 people (there are 2 extra chairs) equipped with most of what you might need. Open-plan to the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Patio with lounge furniture (summer time) and charcoal grill. Air conditioning/air heating (AC/heat) will be installed in July 2025. In winter, snow removal is included. Sleeping accommodations in the guest house Bedroom 2 single beds, together or apart. (2 persons) There are clamps for this, so the bed can be held together if desired. (located in the closet) Living room 1 bunk bed 140 cm bottom (2 people) 90 cm top bunk (1 person) There is an extra guest bed for rent for SEK 200 (per stay) if you do not want to share any of the beds. Bed linens, sheets and towels are included in the price and are placed on the beds. One pillow per person. (If there are towels or bed linens that you are not using, please put them aside.) For long-term rentals, new towels and bed linens are included every week. Guest access As a guest, you can use the entire guest house, the terrace that is outside the guest house and the access road. We are currently installing a lawn (where there is gravel in the pictures), so this area is closed. Other things to note We hope you like to leave it nice and clean after you.
