Welcome to Garlands! Our 23-acre cattle farm is a scenic 10-minute drive from the charming town of Berry and even closer to stunning Seven Mile Beach. Whether you’re craving coastal vibes or country calm, you’re in the perfect spot to enjoy both. From swimming to shopping, walking to wine tasting, there are plenty of options only moments away. Other lovely rural properties surround us, so you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Take a stroll around the farm and soak up the beautiful vistas. The space We aim to provide you with the comfort and convenience you'd expect in your own home with a touch of country life. If the sea breezes aren't enough to cool you down, there's reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. If you’re in the mood for a cozy night in, we’ve got everything you need to cook up a feast and relax. There’s a big, well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. The 8-seater dining table is perfect for sharing meals with family and friends. Of course, there are loads of delicious dining options available nearby if you want to be waited on. Two bathrooms are a bonus for a group holiday. The master king bedroom has the convenience of an ensuite. The main bathroom is designed with the toilet, shower, and bath/vanity areas separate. No waiting in line when you don't want to! Stay entertained in the great indoors with a Smart TV, books, and board games. When you've finished your day exploring, kick back on the north-facing verandah with a drink and enjoy the birdlife. We live in a separate house on the opposite end of the farm. We're like a faraway neighbour. You'll have your privacy but we're close enough for assistance. This is a working farm, so occasionally we may be near the house to tend to animals or other farming needs. If you see us, say hello! Parking: We have enough room for 4 cars plus a boat or float. Most of the farm can be accessed for walks. Other things to note We encourage guests to take a leisurely walk around the farm, as there is some lovely scenery to enjoy. We do our best to allow as much access as possible, which is dependent on what paddocks our cattle are feeding in. Please note that this is not a 'petting zoo'. There are a few common-sense rules to follow which won't impede your enjoyment. We have a strict 'no-pet policy', so please don't ask if your furry friend is permitted. Regrettably, our house and property are not suitable for toddlers or babies. This property is permitted to accept a total of 8 people only. (including children).
