Guest studio separate from main home, has private entrance and bath. 600 sf room with living room area, Queen bed, very quiet and cozy. My home is easy access to I-40 10 minutes drive I-25 10 min drive 30 MINUTES TO ALB AIRPORT, 45 minute drive to Santa Fe. Restaurants, brewery and shopping are about a 10 minute drive. This is an established quiet neighborhood With walking paths. (PLEASE NOTE we are a 25 minute drive to downtown) NO SMOKING NO PET ONLY REGISTERED Guests are permitted The space The room is very quiet and private 600 sf room with living room area. NO SHARED AREAS. Studio is attached to my home. This is a non smoking and no pets home. This studio is 100% private. Has own private entrance. Queen bed. Driveway parking. No shared house or bathroom (no laundry or kitchen available). Enjoy the privacy of coming and going with a keypad entrance. we are about 10 minutes drive from I40, worth the drive to be in a safe area away from downtown. Please note if you book with me location is a 25 minute drive to downtown Albuquerque in the suburbs. Fantastic 5 star Location! :) ROKU TV WITH NETFLIX. This is a non smoking property. Only registered guests are allowed on property. At this time Check In times will vary, I want to make sure I have ample time to get Studio ready between guests. PLEASE NO SMOKING IN OR ON PROPERTY. Other things to note No Smoking on property!! After 10 PM please be quiet and respectful of others.
