This is a family-friendly property, but is also perfect for two couples or a small group of friends. The space As well as privacy and an ideal location, Jitsin Villa has all the facilities needed for a perfect stay. These include small plunge pool, WiFi, AC (in all rooms), smart TV, and an impressive sound system. A large tropical garden allows you to unwind, bathe, play and eat while under the shade of the purposefully constructed BBQ area. If you wish to eat in the cool of the AC there is also a dining table inside. The indoor area has an open plan kitchen and living area with comfy sofas, coffee tables and dining table with chairs. The villa comes with a kitchen that includes a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. However, if you do not want to cook on holiday there are many delivery menus provided so you can order a large variety of different foods (free) to your door, from breakfast to dinner. The quality and variety of global foods on Koh Tao is one of its many attractions. We also provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and drinking water free of charge. It is a 2-bedroomed villa that sleeps up to 5 people plus 1 baby. Bedrooms one and two both have one large bed and air-conditioning. There is one bathroom servicing both bedrooms. At maximum capacity, the fifth guest will sleep on a sofa-bed in the living space. The kitchen and living spaces also have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Conveniently for young and old alike, the villa is all on one level. It is accessed by a gently sloping, well paved road that is approximately 10 minutes to the beach/town area (not via steep hills unlike many other family-sized villas here). All sides of the large lawn are surrounded by white walls for privacy and security. The villa is secured by a large lockable gate beside the bike parking area. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel cot, baby bath and high-chair free of charge. Every 2 days our housekeeping staff will come to clean the house and swimming pool, re-supply drinking water, change towels and remove rubbish. Every 4 days we will change bedding too. We supply all guests with bath towels, pool towels and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property.
