Step out your door for scenic hikes in the Funeral Mountains, and at night, gaze up at the stunning star-filled sky, free from city light interference. The space This is a combination listing of the 3 unique airbnb's on this 4+ acre property, less than a 1/4 mile from the California border.  Between the 3 homes, it can sleep up to 16 people.  This secluded, rural getaway has no adjacent neighbors and rarely does a car even pass by.  There is plenty of room to entertain, 3 bbq's, 2 fire pits, shuffleboard, outdoor seating, and a HUGE covered patio to escape the sun while still enjoying the outdoors.  You'll be walking distance from the Funeral Mountains just across the border in Death Valley National Park.  Walk right out your door to explore 100's of acres of public land and the back side of DVNP. The drive-in entrance to the park is a short trip, about 40 minutes away.   House #1 is a recently remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 8.  The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom.  The second bedroom features a comfy bunk bed.  Available air mattresses provide for extra sleeping capacity.  House #2 is a brand new construction, open layout studio that sleeps 4 with king and queen beds.  This beautiful unit has high end materials throughout and a custom bathroom. House #3 is our gorgeous tiny home, built in 2022.  With two loft bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 4 with all the amenities one could ask for.  There is a laundry room on site with two washers and dryers.  House #1 also has its own washer and dryer. This property is a perfect base camp for a family trip to Death Valley.  It's hard to find lodging in this area that isn't right off the highway.  We're fortunate to be located at the base of the mountains, away from traffic, noise, etc.  If you're looking for the rural desert experience, this is it! Guest access You'll have full access to all three homes, laundry room and the full 4+ acre property. The front doors are keypad entry. Feel free to explore all of our property and the adjacent public land. Other things to note This is the desert so it can be pretty dusty at times. Depending on the time of year, you might see wildlife like bugs, lizards, rabbits, coyotes, and snakes. Be sure to bring sunscreen and drink lots of water in summer. If going to Death Valley we recommend filling your gas tank before you get there, the Alien gas station is much cheaper than you will find in the park. Bring lots of water!
