When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. It includes: 2nd Floor: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. 1st Floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1. The space On the first floor, there is a hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen & living room with TV and dining area. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is a laundry room, bathtub, double shower and sauna, as well as a room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and a 150 cm wide & 46 cm high inflatable bed. One bedroom upstairs with 180 cm wide bed & a folding guest bed that is 90 cm wide. One room on the second floor, one room on the first floor and storage and workshop in the basement are private, NO access. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, which is fully equipped with 80 cm wide induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, frying pan etc. No food is included. Refrigerator & freezer are shared with the owner, who will not be at home during your stay. 4 rooms are private, no access. They are clearly marked. 2 in the basement, one upstairs and one on the first floor. Other things to note TV is available with antenna = TV1, TV2, children's channel, TV4 & the knowledge channel. SVT Play is available as well as Chromecast (HDMI1) & DVD player (HDMI2). Coop, which is located in Oxie center, is 900 meters away to walk and 1.2 km to drive. In the center, there are also 3 restaurants and a very good pastry shop. Ica is 650 meters away to walk & 800 meters by car. 800 meters away is Preem and next to it the best pizzeria. There are several playgrounds nearby. The Nangijala swimming area is 450 meters away.
