"Les Rabassolles" Villa

Come and discover this beautiful region nicknamed "Little Quebec", still preserved, where you can go hiking on the many marked trails, but also trout fishing in spring and summer, or winter sports at the resort of Mijanes, 10 min away The space THE SPACE The house is on 3 levels, it consists of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor - 1 bedroom (140 cm bed and 1 single bed) -1 bedroom (4 bunk beds and possibility to add 1 mattress on the floor increasing the number of places to 14) - 1 baby bed (with bars, wooden) not counted in the number of places -1 bathroom (with toilet) On the 1 st floor - Large living room with open kitchen - 1 bedroom (bed 160) -1 bathroom - 1 toilet On the 2nd floor - 1 bedroom with 140 bed - 1 bedroom with a 140 bed On site you will find board games, children's games. But also a raclette machine and 2 fondue machines, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. Note that the house is not equipped with a freezer Other things to note Outside you will find a large courtyard that also has parking. It is possible to park 3 to 4 cars in the private courtyard and closed by a gate. ACTIVITIES -------Hiking------- Some of the best hikes in the Pyrenees: (15-20 min drive because there is a bit of track) - Etang de Querigut (Easy level / 30 min one way) - Pic du Tarbezou 2364 m from the Col de Paiheres (Easy level / 1 hour there) - Etangs des Rabassoles from the Restanque (Medium level / 1h45 one way) - Laurenti Pond from the Laurenti refuge (Medium level / 2h20 one way) - Balbone Pond from the Resta que (Medium hard level / 2h one way) - Pic de la Camisette, Barbouillère Valley 2426 m (Hard level / 5 h one way) - Pic du Roc Blanc 2493 m from the Laurenti refuge (Difficult level / 5 h one way) - And many others. There are often very nice donkeys that come to see the fishermen. Guaranteed success for the little ones. Wild trout in the streams of the canton (EHGO fishing license required). Our rivers and lakes are full of trout. You can go fishing on foot from the house in the many streams from 5 minutes' walk or take the car to fish in the gorges of the Aude or finally the many high-altitude lakes that we have. - Lac de Rouze and Lac de Noubals (3 min) - Lake Querigut, Laurenti, Balbone, Rabassoles, Estagnet… Mountain lakes accessible only by hiking. - All the streams that border the villages of the canton are interesting.
