Room description of the accommodation: Total size: 90 m² (excluding balcony) 2 double bedrooms and 1 extra bed. Each bedroom has a TV and free Wi-Fi. In the living/dining room there is also an expandable sofa bed. The balcony, which faces west, invites you to linger with a cozy glass of wine. For the cooks among you, the kitchen is fully equipped. Electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower with a washing machine, hairdryer, towels, detergent and toilet. In the apartment there is also a storage room / pantry to accommodate the existing clothes dryer, ironing board/iron, dish towels, vacuum cleaner, etc. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (not barrier-free), shared use of the building entrance, 2 free parking spaces in front of the house, parking spaces for bicycles. By arrangement and for a small fee, it is possible to park motorcycles locked in a hall. Other things to note A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The local tax is €2.70 per person per day, and is payable on site on the day of departure.
