The house offers one off road parking space and one parking space on the road. The space On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining area with TV. The kitchen has a large built in fridge and freezer with Miele ovens, warming drawer and hob. The kitchen also has a pantry cupboard housing a Nespresso coffee machine, nurti bullet, toaster and kettle. There is then a separate utility with Miele washer and dryer and downstairs WC. All with Sonos speakers. There is also a separate lounge with two large sofas and a 50” TV with Sonos speakers. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. On the first floor there is the family bathroom, one double bedroom, one kingsize master bedroom with en-suite and the third bedroom which has a single bed in it. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with a double bed.
