Garden View Apartment at Underhill House

We offer a peaceful country retreat in a cosy and well appointed apartment, with glorious views of the gardens and local countryside. We are next to ample local walking, a short stop from the local town, and within striking distance of the busy metropolis' of Manchester and Liverpool. The space Underhill House is at its core an 18th century welsh farmhouse. The property came into ownership of the Harlech Estate early in the 20th century, at which time it became the Estate Managers residence. Garden View Apartment was historically the servants quarters of Underhill House. Today it is a beautifully converted and cosy one bedroom apartment with superb views of the Underhill garden and local fields. The bedroom has a Super King bed which can be split to two singles on request, and the cottage sleeps a maximum of two adults - we are sorry but we do not accept pets or children under ten years old in Garden View. 22Kw Electric Vehicle Charging is available onsite by arrangement - prices per Kwh can vary but we are confident we offer a competitive rate. There is a large dining table, well appointed kitchen with induction hob, and washing machine. TV, DVD and broadband come as standard. Please note that we do require a 200 pound sterling pre-authorised credit card damage deposit on all stays, collected via our Channel Manager Eviivo, and which is de-authorised at the end of your stay.
