Studio A at “Casa do Silva” is nestled in the heart of Porto's historic Bonfim neighborhood, within walking distance of most of the city's main attractions. Housed in a restored centenary building, this studio apartment offers a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. The space Studio A is one of five studios housed in "Casa do Silva", a restored century-old building. We've lovingly preserved many original details, such as the high ceilings and beautifully wooden floors and classic doors, to ensure an authentic Porto experience for our guests. This studio apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) where there are three other studios. Designed to maximize space and functionality, Studio A provides a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Porto. Just a few steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy, laundry and much more. • The city center is a 12-minute walk. • The metro station "Campo 24 de Agosto" is a 4-minute walk and has a direct connection to the airport and the historical center. • The city's main train station "Campanhã" is a 15-minute walk (direct bus right outside the building). Whether you're here to immerse yourself in the city's rich culture or simply unwind and indulge in delicious cuisine, Studio A at "Casa do Silva" offers the perfect home base for your Porto adventure. Other things to note • As our building is very well located on a central avenue, there may be some traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. • There are some construction activities in the neighborhood, which may result in occasional noise disturbances during the day. • Studio A is located on the 1st floor of our building and does not have an elevator. • If you have mobility concerns or are a light sleeper, unfortunately our place may not be the best choice for you. • Studio A features one balcony, which is part of a long balcony divided by frosted glass, creating two separate balconies to serve two independent studios. • The studio apartment has a "hotel style" power system. The card you use to unlock the door will also activate the power. When you leave, everything will be turned off (except the refrigerator). Registration details 133946/AL
