Relax with the whole family at this beautiful location 10 minutes walk to Coventry Arena and one bus ride to UHCW Hospital or Warwick University. 2 rooms consisting of downstairs ensuite room for 2 adults and a double room with a bunk bed which accommodates 2 adults and 2 children/adolescents or 3 adults. The 2 other rooms in the house may be occupied and you may possibly meet us in. Off street or driveway parking spaces available. Garden with recliners or blankets available on demand. The space New build in a quiet, lovely and neighbourhood. Garden to the back. Located in a newly built quiet and safe area. 5 minutes walk to closest bus stop. 10 minutes walk to Coventry arena- which has a shopping mall and big tesco and also a train station. 1 bus ride or 15 mins drive to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. Accessible garden with garden chairs/blankets available on demand. 2 rooms upstairs are occupied by myself and my daughter. Guest access Joint space include sitting room, kitchen and dining areas. Feel free to use the garden, if you require reclining chairs/blankets for the garden, just ask! Room 1 (ensuite), to the left in the sitting room. Rm2- upstairs and the door next to the one facing the stairs to the left. Bathroom door is directly facing the stairs. You have access to your rooms and bathroom upstairs and all amenities downstairs including the garden. You have access to the following: 1. Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ on the TV. 2. Amazon music on Alexa in the sitting room and your upstairs room. 3. The computer 4. The keyboard 5. Printer, scanner and photocopy machine at a very reduced rate 6. Board and card games. 7. A small library of books. Children's books (including classics avaliable on demand. During your stay Myself and my daughters can be chatty. Just let us know if you'd rather be left alone. On the flip side, you may not see anyone but someone is always in. Other things to note All light bulbs are WiFi (except the room downstairs) and controlled by Smartlife and Alexa and can be temperamental. There is an Alexa in your upstairs room. To switch on or off lights use the following prompts Your room-Alexa, switch on/off guest room light Your upstairs bathroom- Alexa, switch on/off guest bathroom light Corridor Upstairs- Alexa switch on/off Corridor up light Same goes for Corridor down Kitchen Dining Sitting room They are all programmed to go off at 11pm Note: you may switch them all on and off manually but do not do it rapidly as the bulbs will go into pairing mode.
