Few feet away from the gorgeous Tambuli Seaside Resort & Spa with restaurants, pizza, drinks, pool bar, playroom and gym. Perfect for individuals, couples and small family looking for relaxation, beach adventures & water sports activities. The space Our spacious condo measures 60 sqm (645.8 sqf) located in a corner & has a huge wrap around balcony with a small table & 2 chairs to enjoy the view of the beach. It features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, air conditioning unit and a closet with hangers. A dining area which can easily seats 4 people. Full bathroom, a shower with a sliding door, hot/cold water. A living room with air conditioning unit & smart TV 55" with free Wifi & Netflix. Digital door for easy access. Washing machine & foldable laundry line. We have some complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and a bottled water to enjoy. We also provide our condo with a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen soap, laundry detergent & toiletry. It is the guest's responsibility to buy more if you run out. There are 2 restaurants and a bar you can enjoy inside the Tambuli Seaside Resort & Spa. Guest access Guests are free to use the pool between Tower A and Tower B bldg from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pool is close on Wednesdays for cleaning. Guests are welcome to enjoy the 2 restaurants inside the resort; Cafe Hojas & Caverna. There is a pool bar called Bar Montan where you can order your alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. A pizza place called Pugon where you can order your favorite pizza. To use the beach and the pools inside the Tambuli Resort, there is a fee of 700 Philippine pesos each person. Tambuli resort also have some packages of day use rate: Php 1,800 on weekdays and Php 2,000 on weekends & holidays. Inclusions: -Php 1,100 worth of food consumable per adult on weekdays & lunch with 1 round of drink on weekends & holidays -Complimentary use of identified swimming facilities from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm -Complimentary use of pool towels -Complimentary use of locker and changing room -30 min use of non-motorized watersports facility Please see the picture of the day use rate which I included in the pictures. Other things to note Keep in mind staying in my condo will save you a lot more than staying in the Tambuli Seaside Resort condo rentals. *** I also offer two free vouchers for guest staying longer (2 weeks or more). This does not include food and is 1 day use only. This voucher gives you access to the pools and beach in the Tambuli Seaside Resort. 1 voucher is good for one person only.
