The space There are two steps at the entrance, otherwise the whole house is on the ground floor, with an open plan living-space. That living-space includes a smart TV and french door access onto a decking and outdoor seating area. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with a breakfast bar, electric oven and range hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, and washing machine. The first bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed, smart-TV, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The house has electric central heating throughout the property. Bed linen, towels, and WIFI are included. The back garden includes seating and garden furniture. There is private parking for two cars. This is a no smoking, no pets property. There is also a uncovered well in the garden. The home was designed by the owner to a very high standard, with a stunning sociable open-plan living space surrounded by oak beams and finished with marble worktops. There are full 5 star amenities with Hot water and heating as well as all comforts to make this a home from home Guest access To access the property at beginning of the stay, keys will be handed over by the owner on guest arrival. Other things to note Guests will be provided with a welcome pack on arrival, including free tea and coffee, milk, orange juice, croissants, jam, and honey.
