The Stables is a luxurious stable conversion near the Cotswolds. It makes the perfect place for families or couples seeking to discover Bath, Bristol, Somerset, or the Cotswolds, who wish to rest in comfort and style at the end of each busy day. Bristol is 10 miles away, and the world heritage city of Bath is only 14 miles away, a city with a story to tell. Tetbury and Castle Combe are around 30 minutes away, there you can enjoy a spot of lunch in some of the wonderful traditional English pubs. The space There are two steps at the entrance, otherwise the whole house is on the ground floor, with an open plan living-space. That living-space includes a smart TV and french door access onto a decking and outdoor seating area. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with a breakfast bar, electric oven and range hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, and washing machine. The first bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed, smart-TV, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The house has electric central heating throughout the property. Bed linen, towels, and WIFI are included. The back garden includes seating and garden furniture. There is private parking for two cars. This is a no smoking, no pets property. There is also a uncovered well in the garden. The home was designed by the owner to a very high standard, with a stunning sociable open-plan living space surrounded by oak beams and finished with marble worktops. Guest access To access the property at beginning of the stay, keys will be handed over by the owner on guest arrival. Other things to note Guests will be provided with a welcome pack on arrival, including free tea and coffee, milk, orange juice, croissants, jam, and honey.
