Door card pickup information will be sent to guests a few days before check in, they are not available from hotel reception. If the door key fail to work during your stay, you may have that re-keyed at front desk. - You receive 1 door swipe card that gets you after hours entry into the building, access to your room, 12th floor and all amenities (except Gym). A $50 charge will occur if the key card is lost or taken home. A $50 call out fee will occur during your stay if key card is lost or locked into the room. Lost towels / linens fee $30.
