Charming house in the countryside (with dwarf rabbit)

Our house, quiet in the countryside, is for rent during our vacation. You can enjoy a garden with swings, an above-ground pool and our little rabbit, which you will have to take great care of! The bay windows offer beautiful light in the living room, which overlooks the terrace and the garden. The bedrooms are upstairs. You will be 15 minutes from Dijon and will have Canal + and Prime Video. The space Ground floor: Entrance hall, small laundry room, toilet, open kitchen, dining room, living room overlooking the terrace, then the garden. At the end of the garden is our garage and behind the chickens. Upstairs, you will have access to: - a master bedroom (bed: 160 x 200) - a children's room with a single bed in height and in which we can add a mattress a place on the floor according to your needs, - a teen bedroom with a single bed and a desk. The beds will be made. - a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet (isolated by a small wall). Towels provided. The floor is under the roof, it can be hot in the event of a heat wave but we will leave you 2 fans. Our house is semi-detached on both sides but the walls are very thick, you can't hear the neighbors and the garden with high hedges is well insulated. There is a common courtyard in front, in which you can park a car, on the ground floor, right outside the front door. Guest access One bedroom will be closed with our personal belongings but you will also find some in the house, we will not be able to remove everything. You'll have access to the entire house, except for this room. Other things to note The pool being an above-ground pool, you will have to ensure maintenance (skimmer to be used every day and addition of products if necessary). A detailed sheet will be provided and it remains very simple. The pump works on its own. You will have a net to remove insects and other leaves that fall into the water and a tarp to put on in the evening. The rabbit is free in the house and garden if you open the bay window. You only have to bring it in in the evening, for the night. In his cage, you have to make sure he has fresh water and hay, but he eats little if you let him go outside, where he eats the grass.
