Colourful double studio with kitchenette and en suite bathroom, located close to King's Cross and St. Pancras Stations, providing easy access to central London. Stroll down York Way and explore Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard within this newly developed area with its plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants to suit every taste. The property is also close to Caledonian Road underground station (about 10 minutes walk) or King's Cross or Camden Town underground stations (about 20 minutes walk). The space This property contains a double bed, kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The kitchenette contains a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and basic crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. All linen is provided and one bath towel per person, in addition to toilet roll, hand wash and body wash/shampoo. We also provide an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. This property is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs only. There is a communal washing machine in the Laundry Room in the basement. It is free to use, but you will need to provide your own washing detergent. A drying rack is available in your studio. Guest access The entrance to the studio is private and the flat is self-contained, thus you will not be sharing any part of it. The entrance to the building is communal. Other things to note The property is close to transport links in the King's Cross area - namely Caledonian Road & Barnsbury (11-minute walk, overground) and Caledonian Road (10-minute walk, Piccadilly line). It is also within walking distance (about 20 minutes) of King's Cross and St. Pancras International stations. It would take the same amount of time to walk into Camden Town. Metered street parking is available on the road outside the property. Parking outside of these times is free. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and at night, there is little traffic on the street outside the property. One side of the street is residential; the other side is commercial. There are plenty of smaller supermarkets nearby; there's a newsagent / general grocery store and a pub within a few minutes walk from the flat and plenty of other supermarkets and shops as you walk towards King's Cross. The area is also a short bus ride to Camden Town, which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and the famous, Camden Street Market.
