By booking a property within Katamanda Estate during this period, guests acknowledge and accept that the tennis court will not be available. For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage. Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected by cash or credit card. We will collect on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages. Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
