While it’s not a party town, **Salmorejo Bar & Grill**—a local favorite just minutes away—is a fantastic spot for families and friends to gather. For nightlife seekers, other vibrant destinations around the island can satisfy your cravings for entertainment, while Maunabo remains your serene escape from city life. **🚗 Getting Around** The town’s charming local plaza is a 15-minute walk, but we strongly recommend a car for easier access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Car rental is available in town, with options for daily or weekly rentals. The average cost is $55 per day, making it a much more affordable choice than renting from the airport. If you need a rental car for your stay, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide all the details. **🔐 Security & Registration** For the safety and comfort of all guests, we have **24/7 security cameras** on-premises. All guests are required to submit valid ID's and must be submitted 48 hours AFTER confirmed reservation. - **Failure to submit ID's on time will result in cancellation.** - **Only pre-registered guests are allowed**—this policy is strictly enforced! **⚡ Electricity Allowance** Your stay includes an electricity allowance of **$15 per day**. Meters will be read on **check-in and check-out**. Any excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay. **🚫 House Rules** - **No eating or drinking in the bedrooms** (water is allowed). - **Lost key fee: $175** (due to security lock replacements).
