On the 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom and parquet, living room and kitchen. Multipurpose space with large windows and an external balcony suitable for workshops and training. Outdoor relaxation areas: under a large mulberry tree, hammocks, barbecue area. Upon reservation, we light Silvano, the wood-burning oven. We offer a selection of local wines. We are not equipped for dogs. The space We invite guests to take care of the spaces, remembering to always turn off the lights before leaving and close doors and windows during the day. The green building is able to maintain a healthy thermal balance without the use of air conditioning or similar systems. At night, however, by opening the windows, fresh air enters, which will be maintained during the day. At the moment, the rooms are not suitable for pets. There are 6 cats living at La Faccenda! Guest access Independent entrance and reserved parking in the shade. A staircase leads to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are located. We live in the same building with another entrance and another parking space. The spaces are adjacent. Other things to note The green building house is covered with sheep's wool, has a ventilated roof and is painted with natural paints. It is an organism that provides healthy environments and therefore requires some ATTENTION during the hot season. Since it is able to maintain the NIGHT temperature, the windows must be opened to let in fresh air. During the day, doors and windows must be closed. Registration Details IT042031B5B9QJTKUO
