Its located in a small village but a short drive to beautiful Lucca, an ancient historic town (15km) and 23 km from the beach in Viareggio. The house has a swimming pool and its located with daytrips to Pisa, UNESCOS Cinque terre, Lerichi, Firenze and between wineyards. The space On the main floor there is a large kitchen (well equipped). Refrigerator with a freezer to make ice cubes. Large kitchen island with plenty of space to prepare food and bar stools belonging. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine with ironing board and clothes iron Dining room with small balcony with balcony set. With lovely views over the garden and valley. Large bedroom with double bed (180cmx200).
