Local dining and entertainment are just down the road, with 4 waterfront bars/restaurants, the Marine Science Station, and Pensacola Beach just a short scenic drive away via the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Day trips to the U.S. Navy and Air Force museums or the Gulf Breeze Zoo add to the fun. This home is dog-friendly with owner approval (maximum of 2 dogs, $200 pet fee per dog). Cats are not allowed, and dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach. This is a non-smoking home (including balconies), and events are not permitted. Minimum age to rent: 25 Seahawk is located next to Sweet Alice's Sandcastle and in the same 4-plex as Breezeway and Beach Blessing — perfect if your group needs multiple units. Other things to note Welcome to the beautiful emerald green waters and sugar white sand beaches of Navarre Beach! Enjoy panoramic views from this immaculate 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome with huge Gulf front deck. The large living area opens onto your own private deck. It's the perfect place to relax with a cool drink after spending the day swimming or shelling. Take a few steps off the deck and find your toes in the sand! This home comfortably sleeps 10, with each bedroom having its own private bath. The huge third floor king-sized primary suite has a private balcony where you can watch the dolphins play while having your morning coffee. The first floor bedroom is queen-sized and the other second floor bedroom has a twin-sized trundle bed and 2 full-sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a large dining table and a breakfast bar. You can also grill out under the stars! Sort your treasure of collected sea shells and rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower on the shaded ground floor deck. There is also a gas grill here for your use. Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this home offers every amenity you need for a memorable beach vacation. You can bike, walk or jog on the multi-use path, just outside this home, that runs the length of the island. Bicycle, kayak and surf board rentals are available at the entrance to the island. The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is just 2 miles east on the island, and is a great spot to fish and people watch. There are 4 bar/restaurants down the road that all offer gorgeous views of the sound and the gulf. The Marine Science Station, which promotes the conservation of the marine ecosystem of coastal Florida is located on the east end of the island. Pensacola Beach is a 20 minute ride west along the beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. The US Navy and the US Air Force armament museums are 30 minutes away and the Gulf Breeze Zoo is just a 15 minute car ride away. Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner approval. There will be a $200 per pet fee for each , with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
