At the Salty Turtle RV lot on Cape San Blas, you can enjoy the beach from the comfort of your own RV. (Sorry, this lot does not have restrooms on site.) This is a pet friendly site where you have Beach access with a short walk down the road to the stairs that lead over to the beautiful white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Salty Turtle is just around the corner from T.H. Stone Memorial St Joseph State Peninsula Park. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling & beach combing. Kayaks and paddle board rentals are available at the state park boat ramp. The loggerhead jogging/bike path is an 8-mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St Joseph State Peninsula Park to Salinas Park. Be sure to grab your pickleball paddles and enjoy the pickleball courts at Salinas Park. There's also a beautiful path looking over the bay. Coneheads 8020 and Longbills are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The Trading Post, Scallop Cove, The Smokehouse, and Skullys are a few more local eateries a short drive down the main road.
