The Annex is one of several spaces within Chiseldon Farm. We are located in AONB an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Step into this nicely decorated, fully furnished retreat after a day exploring, a day at work or just catching up with local family or friends. Whatever the reason for visiting this is a perfect home to return to each evening. Just moments from the Ridgeway national Trail, Chiseldon and Marlborough Railway Path, Barbury Castle, Lidington Castle and a short drive to Marlborough. There are several Pubs nearby serving food and a Farm Shop with Cafe, local filling Station with Greggs and Subway. There are also two grocery shops nearby. For anyone visiting a patient, the GW Hospital it’s just a short drive away. The Annex The open plan layout is all on one level on the ground floor. The newly fitted contemporary kitchen is stocked with essential culinary items and is equipped with combination microwave-convection oven, hob and a contemporary blue fridge freezer. There is a large dining table and chairs which could also be used for a work space. The living room has a comfy sofa and reclining chair so you can put your feet up while you look out at the lovely view of the garden where you are likely to see all sorts of wildlife or watch the 42” inch smart TV, The bedroom has a double bed and the ensuite shower room has a large shower enclosure, wash basin and WC. There is also loads of storage for clothes. Outside Parking for two cars. We don’t have an EV charger but there are several EV charging points less than 2 miles / 5 minutes away at the farm shop. Extensive lawn areas with benches to sit and look at the wildlife. Wildlife Roe deer, muntjacs, rabbits, hares, badgers, loads of song birds, pheasants, partridges, woodpeckers and also predatory birds including owls, red kites and buzzards Guest access Full use of the entire place with easy access to private entrance door. Other things to note This is an apartment in the country. There are brambles and nettles and electric horse fencing to be mindful of.
