Escape to a tranquil retreat 20-25 minutes away from Christchurch city and airport. Relax in the spacious outdoor spaces amidst the lawn and garden. Lots of walking and biking options just few minutes away. The beach is a short drive or a 30 min walk. There is a golf course 5 mins away for those interested. There is also a big lake in the suburb. Lots of wildlife around. The space Welcome to our peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, complete with two lounges, a well-equipped kitchen, and expansive outdoor spaces for relaxation. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with a separate bathroom for guests and an additional toilet for convenience. You will have the bathroom to yourself. To note that on occasionally, if I am entertaining friends, they might use the toilet. If you need a separate work area, the two spacious living areas offer ample room for your convenience. A work area can be provided but ask in advance. NOTE: On request an additional room with single bed can be provided with additional cost. Please enquire when you message. Guest access Guest are not restricted to any part of the property except other bedrooms. Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen and appliances during your stay, and take advantage of the available washing machine. Other things to note Please note that I work from home, so I will be available home most weekdays. Have a seperate study room where I work.
