With all this private retreat has to offer, you’re group is certain to be entertained for the entire stay. The space KEY FEATURES: - HUGE private sand beach (5 minute walk from cottage) - Very private lake - 135 acre property with trails - Multiple playgrounds with swings, slides, a trampoline - BBQ and charcoal grill - 3 fire pits - 2 docks - picnic tables for lunch on the beach - 1 Canoe - 2 Kayaks - 1 Pelican pedal boat - 1 10ft aluminum boat Guest access MAIN COTTAGE: Guests will have full access to the main cottage, including all outdoor areas such as the beach, fire pits, grills, and more. Please note that the basement of the main cottage is locked and not accessible to guests. RED GUEST HOUSE: For an additional $250 per night plus a cleaning fee of $100, you can also enjoy the red guest house, which features a bunk bed that sleeps four. The guest house is only available to groups who are renting the main cottage. It will never be a used by a separate group at the time of your stay.
