Tiny House with pool between mountains and sea

Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people. The space The listing is located in the countryside on a plot with a large accessible open space. The house offers 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1 crib if required), 1 bathroom and a cozy kitchen-living room with pool and mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). Around the house there are several terraces integrated into the landscape with the possibility of having lunch/breakfast with the different views available. The infinity pool is private, 9 m long, 3 m wide and has a depth from a minimum of 1.20 m up to a maximum of 2 m. Parking is private, free and large enough to accommodate even a small camper. The ideal space is for two people but it is also possible to add an infant or a child with prior request. If requested, a crib and high chair will be integrated into the accommodation. The orientation of the house offers pleasant air from the mountains during the night. Guest access The accommodation is bordered by a fence but you can still walk in our grounds to admire the flora and fauna that surrounds them.
