Gnestahöjden in the city center

Stay at beautiful, historic Gnestahöjden, one flight of stairs above the city center and train station in this unique, fully-equipped little 19th-century house. Large garden with patios and trampoline for the children. The space This is a cozy and simple accommodation in a detached house in the courtyard of my private residence. There is a large glass porch that serves as an entrance with a smaller seating area for two to four people. Here you can also hang your outerwear and the shoe rack is here. In the small kitchen, there is most of what you might need for cooking. The kitchen does not have a microwave and dishwasher. There is a fridge and freezer and a seating area for four people. Extra stools and high chair are available if you wish. In the bedroom, which is about 20 sqm, there is a double bed of the spring bed type (2 X 90 cm) and a bunk bed with room for two adults or children. The bunk bed has foam rubber mattresses. In the room, there is a seating area with a sofa and coffee table. There are three dressers as well as a clothes hanger with hangers for clothes. The bathroom has a plastic mat on the floor and walls. Shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine, iron, drying rack and water heater. On the property, there are two parking spaces intended for guests and it is free to park. Guest access All parts of the small house are for the guest. You are also welcome to stay in the garden, use the trampoline and designated seating area outside. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included in the price. Beds are made when the guest arrives. Cleaning is done by the host after check-out and is included in the price.
