The space Located in the heart of West Sedona, you can take a stroll or quick drive to an assortment of restaurants and grocery stores, including Whole Foods, Fresh & Natural Thai Kitchen, Stagecoach, and Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen among others. Cook and enjoy your coffee or tea in the home’s fully equipped kitchen. Up the street you can connect to the airport loop or drive to the many famous Red Rock trails nearby to explore the stunning scenery. After an epic day of hiking or shredding trails on your mountain bike, kick back and unwind watching smart TV or sizzle up some treats on the grill in the cozy backyard. On demand hot water so no one has a cold shower! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and backyard as well as ability to store bikes or other items in the locked shed. Other things to note House Details and Amenities: Our home is suitable for a maximum of 6 individuals, but is best suited for groups of 5 or less. Please note that there is a significant step up from the living area to the laundry room and one of the bedrooms. We advise caution. We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee pods, tea bags, and other essentials for all of our guests. Two outdoor hoses are available for bike cleaning, and guests can store their bikes and use the bike pump in the shed. There is also a corn hole game for use. Shed does lock. Gas grill located side of home for cooking and gas fire pit in the back with chairs to relax in the evening. Parking is available off-street, and our property can accommodate multiple vehicles, including camper vans. EV Charging - We have a 120 V outlet in the car port that you can plug into with your portable charger. The TV passcode is: 1019 The landscapers come bi-monthly to maintain the yard on Thursdays.
