The space As you step into the living room, you're greeted by a cozy atmosphere, accentuated by a 55-inch smart TV and a modern gas fireplace. A picture window provides a stunning view of Mt.Tzouhalem, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Our newly renovated, well-appointed fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, make meal preparation a breeze. It features a two-seater bar area for casual dining and a dining area that comfortably accommodates six. The French doors lead out to a covered patio, where you can enjoy the outdoors while still being protected from the elements. The patio features a gas BBQ and a lounging area, perfect for outdoor grilling and enjoying the beautiful weather. To top it all off, there's a hot tub, providing a relaxing retreat right in your own backyard, while enjoying the stars at night. The master bedroom, situated off the living room, is a sanctuary of rest and relaxation. It features a luxurious king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious newly renovated 3-piece bathroom with easy access large shower stall. The family room, located on the same level, offers a different kind of comfort. It features a new sofa sleeper, a 40-inch TV, Xbox One and a dedicated workout area. Upstairs, you'll find a private 2nd bedroom and a 4-piece bathroom, offering an additional layer of privacy and comfort. For your convenience, the house also features a half bathroom and separate laundry room with wash basin on the main level. We have a newly installed heat pump that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This home has everything you need as well as offering a small workout area in home with free weights, exercise bands and yoga equipment or a quick 6 minute drive to Valleyview Fitness.
