Affordable place for travellers who love to have a good night sleep. The space Your own area in the back of the house. Your private access is through side gate (in the left side of the property). We owner (young couple) live in front of house. Our access is through front door (close to drive way parking). Our area is totally separated by a wall from guest area. None of your amenities are shared with the owner. We have our own bath, kitchen and backyard. Host and guest don’t see each other as it is separated. During stay, you can come and go whenever you like. Guest access 2 spacious bed rooms with comfortable bedding, toilet, bathroom, basic kitchenette and backyard. Host doesn’t have access to this area. After accessing the property through the side gate, you will have access to 2 Bed rooms, 1 bath, 1 tub, 1 toilet, 2 Queen beds, 1 double bed, kitchenette, work/study/dining tables/chairs, backyard with coffee table and chairs. None of these amenities are shared with host. -> Centralised Air Conditioning and Heating with 1 controller in host section and 1 controller in guest section. -> 24 hour hot & cold water -> Google Smart TV with Amazon Prime and YouTube -> Unlimited WiFi ->Entry is using Self check in -> 2 Drive way car parking included in booking -> Hope Valley shopping centre in 5 mins walk -> 5 mins to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza -> 5 mins to TTP Bus Interchange with Park & Ride ->Nearby bus stop 37A Valley Road to city ->556/557 direct Metro bus to City in every 7 mins in peak hours Other things to note -> This place is ideal for families with kids/friends sharing place on vacation, professionals/students attending work or training. -> No pets allowed. -> No smoking inside house. But you can smoke outside in the backyard (where there are chairs). -> No parties/events/gatherings in the house. -> Quiet hours 9 pm to 6 am -> Kitchenette is for breakfast, and heat readymade meals/soups/noodles. It comes with mini fridge/freezer, kettle &toaster. There is no full kitchen. No stove/Electric Oven/Pans/Pots for cooking. -> Cutlery is available to enjoy your take away meals, coffee/tea/drinks. Tables and chairs to have meals indoor/ outdoor in the back yard. -> Door Dash/Uber Eats/Woolworths/Domino’s & major food delivery services at door step if you have those subscriptions. ->For short stays of less than a week, cleaning of the place is done by us before check in and after check out. For long stays of more than a week, fresh linen and towels will be provided at the end of each week. Cleaning is done on weekends by us or if you like we can provide you cleaning items -> Self check in instructions along with images will be sent out to you few hours before check in. -> We have 1 actively recording camera, overlooking the front courtyard (front rose garden and entrance), which records video and audio. This camera only records the exterior of the property.
