Large private basement suite.

Bring the whole family to our house with lots of room for fun and privacy! We live here with our young children and our sweet Golden Retriever named Ruby! Our family will always be upstairs unless to use the utility room! Our children wake up by 7am and may be heard in the basement at that time or thereafter, however it is important to know the main floor is not 100% soundproofed from the basement floor. The space The private basement suite has a massive living room, play area for kids with so many toys, dart board for adults only, beautiful kitchenette and dining area all behind a set of welcoming french doors. Outside the french doors is a hallway to the utility room, and private guest bathroom. The guest suite has one a large bedroom inside the L-shaped area with a brand new queen bed. Two additional queen beds can be set up when guests request this and are travelling with more people. We also have a play pen upon request as well! Guest access Guest have access to the full basement at all times; it’s the private suite area. We only go downstairs to access the utility room and try to provide notice so you have complete privacy. Guests can come upstairs as well to see us or our lovely Ruby who is best friends with everyone! We allow guests to use our upstairs full kitchen if needed between 7am-7pm only due to our young children sleeping outside those times. During your stay Here to assist whenever needed.
