The space IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ. The house is an entirely private penthouse (private room, bathroom, kitchen, Terrace, lock ). However, you have to pass through a communal front door shared with the family. After passing the main door, you go up the stairs, and there you will find the perfectly private penthouse. The entrance key card deposit is 100,000 won (or $100 USD), which we will refund upon your check-out. Guest access Private bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. - Free WIFI - King sized bed - Basic cooking tools - Induction Range - Microwave - Refrigerator - Hand wash, Shampoo, Body Wash - Hair dryer - Water purifier ************************* The washing machine is not private, but you can use it along with the dryer twice a week. The bathroom could be tiny, but you can use another shared bathroom. Other things to note -Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests. -Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the premises. Guests may use the designated smoking area outside. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. Visitors( except guest ) , Parties or events are not allowed. We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them in our space. Lost Key/Card: A fee of 100,000 won will be charged for lost or unreturned keys/cards. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property. Report any accidental damage immediately.
