This private unit is comprised of a large master bedroom (King Bed)w/ a full bath The living room has a large 65"TV with a queen size sofa bed and a full kitchen w/ a front load washer and dryer Outside is a private salt water pool and beach No other rental units so you have privacy *No pets due to-hair allergies The space Ocean front suite with living room kitchen and master bed room and private pool with the following Drip Coffee maker and Keurig K cup coffee maker carnation creamer, stevia and sugar provided. Full Kitchen pots, pans, dishes, flatware, paper plates, plastic wrap and aluminum foil and paper napkins, hand sanitizer. Bottled water 20 pounds of ice in the freezer In the bathroom shampoo and body wash Closet has beach towels Extra bath and wash towels are in the dresser Surfboard, boogie board, beach recliners and beach chairs Guest access Pull into the driveway and yield right to the boat. That’s your dedicated spot. Walk to the ground level suite via the paver path on the right of the house. Access slider via lock box. No other rentals at this location so you have privacy The neighboring homes may have residents or guests residing or passing through. But you will have exclusive beach rights Please no pets my wife and I have serious hair allergies from dogs and cats. Additionally she gets anxiety from dogs/ barking Host lives upstairs we are very quiet people and like to keep the environment around us that way. Thank you
