Villa Ty-Moab has a unique and comfortable style. With family or friends, enjoy a sea view while cooking, relaxing and waking up! You will be transported to a cozy and warm place as much in the large open living room with a living room with a wood stove, a fully equipped and friendly kitchen and a beautiful wooden terrace as in its three cozy bedrooms. Located a 5-minute walk from the beach. The space The 100 m2 villa is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor: entrance with hooks, bench for storing shoes, storage cupboard under the stairs, laundry area with washer and dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board (laundry, fabric softener, stain remover are provided). The first 2 bedrooms are located at the end of the hallway. They each have direct access to the garden, a view of the harbor, the possibility to open as a swing-out and an electric shutter for concealment, an open dressing room, storage bench/suitcase, hangers, nightstands, linen basket, trash can and refined decorations. The beds are ready on arrival, bed linen: duvet cover 240 x 260, fitted sheet, end-of-bed blanket and pillows: travertine, 50 x 70 and 63 x 63. Bath towels: 70 x 140 shower towel, 50 x 100 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. Bedroom 1 (14 m2) has a 160 x 200 queen size bed that can be separated into 2 x 80 cm on request before your arrival, and a work desk and chair. A portable crib with mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet is also available free of charge upon request before your arrival. Bedroom 2, 10 m2, is more intimate and also has a queen size bed. A 5 m2 shower room is shared by the two bedrooms. An 80 x 120 shower, vanity unit with two faucets with 3 storage drawers, a storage column, an electric towel dryer, hangers, hair dryer, first aid kit and a toilet. We provide Roger Cavailles shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, cotton pads, ear swabs and toilet paper. The living area is located on the 1st floor. A beautiful 40 m2 open room composed of the living room and open kitchen area with a central island and stools. Climb two steps and a 13 m2 terrace with a space to eat or lounge opens its arms to you. Remember to prepare your music playlist on your phone or tablet, and connect via Bluetooth to the HiFi system and its premium speakers to enjoy the beautiful sea view while cooking or "chilling" in good company. For stormy days, warm up by putting a log in the wood stove and take the opportunity to play board games, read or watch a movie or series on Netflix or Prime Video. To make your life easier, the kitchen is "fully equipped" you can cook like a top chef, basic groceries (oils, vinegars, spices, flour, sugar... assortments of teas and herbal teas, 2 Nespresso cases) and consumable products (papers: aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, napkins, freezer bags) and household products. A toilet is also on this floor. Take the slightly steep staircase above the wine cellar and you will arrive at the last bedroom under a 20 m2 slope. On the landing, a separate toilet and then stunning views open up to you. Take a bath or brush your teeth while watching boats or stars. Overlooking the living room, it has the same bedding and bath linens as Bed1 and Bed2. A low storage cabinet, a rod system for your belongings and two nightstands. If you like to wake up to the gentle variations of dawn, this room is perfect for you, otherwise prefer those on the ground floor equipped with roller shutters. We have provided night masks, as our blackout system is being quoted. Guest access The entire Villa and its exteriors are privately accessible to you. 2 uncovered parking spaces as well as access to a garage/room for your bikes and sports equipment... you also have access to a small garden to BBQ or play a game of Molkky. Other things to note Self check-in with a key box from 4pm. The code will be sent to you by message before your arrival. This changes between each rental. A la Carte service is available during your stay: Cleaning €25/hr Change of linens, bath and bed. Ask for rates. A welcome booklet with a wealth of information is available at the Villa, we can also send you a digital version if you wish before your arrival. For the little ones, a baby bed with mattress (mattress protector and fitted sheet) and a high chair are available upon request before your arrival. Note that there are no safety gates on the stairs.
