This country studio, nestled in a centuries-old farmhouse, offers a peaceful setting amid vineyards, 3 hours from the capital. A few minutes from the charming villages of Panzoult, Cravant-les-Coteaux, or Chinon, your weekend in the countryside can be enhanced by visits to the surrounding vineyards, discovery of the Rabelais Museum, walks in the forest and troglodytes... The space The studio is located in the main body of the farm, but free access to the sumptuous terrace with swimming pool offers breathtaking views of the vineyards and their surroundings. The panorama was even spotted by filmmakers to appear in a Hollywood series! The studio itself offers a bedroom and living room area, as well as a small kitchenette area and adjoining shower room. The main room has a double bed as well as a wardrobe and a seating area. The charm of the old inhabits the place, with its exposed oak beams on the ceiling and floor tiles. The adjoining area has a kitchenette and a shower room. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle (no stove!), as well as some utensils and dishes. The shower room includes a shower tray and a toilet. Guest access For your arrival you can park in the parking lot in front of the estate. Then walk along the building on your left and you will have a small white gate at the end on the right. Then you have your door directly on your left and the small black and gray box with code to retrieve the room key. If you go through the courtyard of the estate, just go to the bottom of it and take the small hallway on your left. In this case, the door to your room will be on your right. Other things to note The adjoining wine estate (Domaine Beauséjour) is open Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
