The Art House near Point Lisas California Trinidad

Centrally located in the City of California between Port of Spain and San Fernando on the west coast, industrial estate, and beaches of Trinidad, this peaceful and unique homestead provides an authentic retreat with a huge outside patio area for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful tropical weather. A full private kitchen, bathroom, shower, and living room are yours for your stay. In addition to the inside kitchen, an outside kitchen is also available. Free Wifi and parking included. The space The upstairs guest suite is an entire separate space (basically an entire apartment home) that has a remote controlled AC unit in the bedroom. The bedroom features a double bed and a convenient wardrobe for putting your clothes. There is a private bathroom and a heated shower. There is a private kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, sink, pantry, etc. There is a private living room with TV and remote, etc. There is a private entrance, Private balcony, and Private parking space. There is also a huge shared outdoor patio area for socializing and dining and/or cooking outdoors. The property has many plants and trees and is clean and well-kept and there are no animals. The home is filled with beautiful, original artworks hand painted by the host. Guest access The entire upstairs is all available and private for your use during your stay and includes a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and two balconies. The downstairs patio and kitchen is shared. The downstairs home apartment is in use by the host. Other things to note I host many Aqua Center swimmers coming to compete for meets because the Aqua Center is only 10-15 minutes due East of my home. I also host many Industrial Estate workers since I am walking distance from the Industrial Estate and Port.
