The 2nd bedroom has a king size bedroom and is on the same floor as the main bathroom. Both of these rooms have large TVs with access to Sky TV and apps e.g. Netflix The 3rd bedroom has 2 sofas beds & a workstation. The 2 sofas beds are appropriate for children or small adults. Downstairs there is lots of space: a double reception room which a large flat screen TV and large sofa, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need! There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools and an additional lounging area & TV which opens out onto the private garden. The south-facing garden gets sun until late in the evening (if there is sun, of course!). There is a bistro table on the decking and a larger outdoor dining area with 6 chairs at the bottom of the garden. The garden is private and quiet - a lovely space to relax! Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms except the cellar and a final, 4th bedroom which will have a lock to store our belongings.
