Loss of Keycard access, will required $100 for a replacement fee. Quiet Hours: Please respect our peaceful residential area by keeping noise levels low after 10 PM. No parties are allowed. Sustainability: To conserve energy, kindly turn off the air conditioning, lights, and lamps whenever you leave the unit. Prohibited Activities: Illegal actions such as gambling, drug use, or other criminal activities are strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities. Ironing Request: If you need an iron and ironing board, please inform us in advance for preparation. Cooking: Heavy cooking is not permitted in the unit. Regarding the garbage room, it is located beside the emergency stairs or opposithe unit 11 of each floor.. turn left from unit's main door keep walk straight past the elevator and the emergency stairs is at your righ side.. there is no need for recycling the trash.. you may just dispose of the garbage at the garbage room.. For the gym and pool, it is located at the 6th floor.. There is a minimarket called Circle located at the lower ground of the shopping mall.. this building is a newly operated shopping mall and apartment complex hence alot of things are not complete and needs a lot of improvement.. we seek your understanding..
