The space Large, spacious home. Covered parking large enough for RV. Great for families. Lots of off street parking. Space for horse trailers or toy haulers if needed. Back sheds are not available for guests Other things to note An orange cat live on our property-he came with the house and we’ve chosen to let him rent a space behind the sheds. He is not allowed in the house, and will not bother you except for a little meow here and there. Our very outdated kitchen heater is currently not working! The living room heater heats the whole area well enough we have found, to not need the kitchen one on! *A $500 fee will be added if smoking inside the home occurs. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly. Butts found outside the home will result in a $50 cleaning fee*
